HUBUNGAN HIPERTENSI DAN OBESITAS DENGAN PASIEN BATU SALURAN KEMIH PADA PASIEN POLIKLINIK UROLOGI DI RSUD ABDUL WAHAB SJAHRANIE SAMARINDA
Abstract
Urinary tract stones are pathologically formed stones in the urinary system starting from the kidneys, ureters, bladder or the urethra. Hypertension and obesity are one of the risk factors for urinary tract stones. The aim of the study was to determine the relationship between hypertension and obesity with urinary tract stones in patients at Urological Polyclinic in Abdul Wahab Sjahranie Hospital Samarinda. The case study was conducted by purposive sampling according to the criteria. The total sample was 122 people consisting of 61 patients with urinary tract stones as a case group and 61 patients in addition to urinary tract stones as a control group. The results of the statistical analysis using the Chi Square test were said to be significant if the value of p<0.050. Statistical results of hypertension with urinary tract stones are p=0.050 and obesity with urinary tract stones is p=0.315. Hypertension and obesity did not have statistical significance with urinary tract stones in patients with urology polyclinic at Abdul Wahab Sjahranie Hospital Samarinda
