GAMBARAN PASIEN PENYAKIT JANTUNG KORONER DI RS DIRGAHAYU SAMARINDA
Abstract
Coronary heart disease is a disease caused by narrowing and inhibition of blood vessels that deliver oxygen to the heart. WHO records about 17.9 million deaths due to heart and blood vessel disease which represent 31% of deaths worldwide, 85% of these deaths are from heart attacks and strokes. Coronary heart disease is one of the groups of heart and blood vessel diseases. This research aims to determine the description of coronary heart disease patients in Dirgahayu Hospital Samarinda. This research is a quantitative descriptive and was done by looking at the medical record data of coronary heart disease patients in Dirgahayu Hospital Samarinda in July 2017 - July 2019 period. The results of this research were obtained as many as 60 patients with the most age distribution in the 45-64 years group, the most sex distribution in the male group, the distribution of the most patients job is the group of unemployed, the distribution of the most type of CHD is the APS group, the distribution of the most sugar level category is the normal group, the distribution of the most blood cholesterol category is the high group, and the distribution of the most blood pressure category is the grade 1 hypertension.
